- 7-8 pieces of serrano ham
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- tbsp paprika or merken
- red bell pepper, chopped
- small red onion, minced
- half a zucchini cut into small pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Sautee the veggies and onions in the butter. |
2. In a seperate bowl work the paprika into the softened cream cheese.
3. Butterfly the chicken and place it on the ham. |
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and then spread some of the veggie mixture on top. Sprinkle with a litte salt and pepper. |
5. Roll the ham over the chicken and secure with toothpicks. |
6. Place the rolled chickens on a buttered baking dish.
7. Bake in 325 F degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
